‘The 2023 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Reniards comes from purchased fruit as usual. It has an understated bouquet: black cherries, blackcurrant, touches of incense emerge with time. The palate is medium-bodied with edgy tannins, fresh and lightly spiced with clove and hints of white pepper toward the finish.
