91 Points, Jeb Dunnuck "Based mostly Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah (but there are plenty of other varieties in here), the 2022 Vin De France L'Unique has a ruby hue as well as a rocking Côtes Du Rhône nose of ripe black cherries, peppery garrigue, licorice, and hints of leather. It's round and medium to full-bodied, with a layered, seamless mouthfeel and a great finish."
The nose reveals notes of garrigue and black cherries. The palate is intense with supple tannins. This wine is concentrated and charming. Maceration for 25 days in temperature-controlled concrete vats. Completely destemmed.

The Domaine Pierre Usseglio is now run by Pierre’s two sons Jean-Pierre and Thierry and together they have been creating exceptional wines. Half of the vines on the estates are more than 60 years old and the remaining half are around 30 years old. The Réserve Des Deux Frères and Cuvée de Mon Aieul Châteauneuf-du-Pape are produced from some of the oldest vines of the estates creating amazing wines.
