Description
In the pure tradition of the appelation, this Chablis is vinified and aged in steel tanks on the lees. The minerality of the clay/limestone terroir is fully expressed, along a beautiful freshness and notes of green lemon in its youth. Fresh, clean, and bright. This wine delivers refreshing aromas and flavors of ripe apple, savory spices, a hint of chalk, and a touch of minerality. Pair it with a plate of raw oysters and a few squeezes of lemon.

Domaine Raoul Gautherin & Fils is a historic, family-run estate in Chablis, Burgundy. Established by Raoul in the late 1950s, the estate traces its rich winemaking heritage back to 1585.
