Deep garnet in colour. A medium-bodied Shiraz with a ripe perfumed, and juicy mouthfeel. An approachable wine, made for early drinking. Aromas of forest floor, raspberry, and baking spice. Rich cacao and ripe black and red berries bring natural acidity to the mid-palate, combined with silky tannins and savoury spice to finish.
The Two Cells Shiraz is made with earlier drinking in mind - presenting a youthful personality from the north-facing Warner Vineyard vines. From 30 year old vines grown on a north-facing slope, and are spur-pruned, in granite soils at 450m elevation. Vineyard practices are organic with minimal irrigation.

Amazing value. Lovely scents of black fruits, liquorice, white pepper and dusty earth. On the palate there is a depth of flavour and complexity with spicy savouriness, plum and cherry fruit flavours together with a purple inky minerality. The fine tannins are perfectly integrated with the cool climate acidity. Simply delicious. Absolute bargain value Shiraz (that wildly overdelivers for the price) from a modern Beechworth star!

Domenica
Domenica is the project Peter Graham, who worked for 13 years with the top winery in Beechworth. The 4 hectares vineyard is located six kilometres south west of Beechworth, adjacent to the renowned Warner vineyard, at an altitude of around 550 metres. The soil is granitic, and the exposure is varied, from steep southerly slopes for the chardonnay, to a gentler north easterly aspect for the marsanne, roussanne.
We offer free shipping to most of Australia for all orders over $199 or $12 flat rate for orders under. Some regional areas may incur an extra shipping charge which is calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
