Description
Aged 15 months in 33% new French oak barrels from Atelier Centre France.
Beautifully fragrant wine with aromas and flavors reminiscent of rose petals, wintergreen, woodsy cedar, violet and blueberry and blackberry fruits. On the medium-bodied palate, the wine is dynamic, juicy, and supple and turns textured and silky with air in the glass. Surprisingly mouth filling given its cool climate style, it echos long on the energetic finish.
