A classic blend of bottle fermented Chardonnay and Pinot Noir aged on its own lees for 6 months. A subtle creamy aroma followed by distinct citrus fruit flavours. The Sam Miranda 'Bolle' Pinot Noir Chardonnay Sparkling 2021 displays a faint bronze blush alongside a floral nose of red berries and brioche. The full-bodied palate layers fresh cherry and strawberry with lively citrus, a creamy texture, a delicate mousse, and a crisp, clean finish.
Description
A classic, crisp drop from the King Valley in the north-east of Victoria. This sparkling wine takes the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the region, picks it early, and delivers a classy fizz that is full of fruit and fun. Look for green apple, grapefruit and lemon flavours, backed by a soft pillowy texture.

Sam Miranda
Sam Miranda, grandson of Francesco Miranda, joined the family business in 1991, striking out on his own in 2004 after Miranda Wines was purchased by McGuigan Simeon. The Myrrhee Estate vineyard is at 450m in the upper reaches of the King Valley. This is where the varieties for Sam Miranda’s Signature Range of wines are sourced, each with the name of the nearest town or named district. In 2016 Sam Miranda purchased the Oxley Estate vineyard on Snow Road with 40ha of vines to be reworked over coming years. Exports to the UK, Sweden and Fiji.
