It’s all juicy lime and green apple, with a firm chalky feel to it, plenty of bite and tang, and also quite stony. with a lime zest finish of excellent length. The prettiness and splendour of the Eden Valley are on show here. Bring it! Scents of pretty gardenia and little white field flower aromas captivate from the outset. Buckets of limes, flirtatious green apples and a squeeze of lemon juice with citrus and grapefruit acidity add vibrance. The well-handled concentration of fruit makes you want to dive in – delicious!
