Description
A refreshing, fruity and crispy white by winemaker Dr. Simone Adams. The Ingelheim terroir is something very special. I would even say something unique, because the soils are massively characterised by limestone weathering rock that was formed around 50 million years ago.

In recent years there has been a resurgence and a new energy in Ingelheim and Simone Adams has been at the forefront of the revolution. Dr Simone Adams who draws on her family’s years of knowledge in biodynamic and regenerative viticulture and garnished it with her own insights and innovations from her oenology degree. Adams Wein is based in the Ingelheim is the Rheinhessen and grows Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) and Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) in the region’s famous limestone soils.
We offer free shipping to most of Australia for all orders over $199 or $12 flat rate for orders under. Some regional areas may incur an extra shipping charge which is calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
