This Pinot Gris has a bright yellow color and a very aromatic nose, marked by notes of fresh fruit reminiscent of kumquat. Its persistent bouquet hints at great potential. The palate reveals precision, depth, and brilliance, with remarkable structure and vibrant salinity. Its liveliness, rigor, and sunny touch make it a racy, dynamic, and decidedly gastronomic wine.
Description
From an assemblage of old vines. Bright, deeper yellow. The honeyed/roast nut aromas draw you in and then there is a lick of spicy pineapple. Full and rich on the palate with a touch of honey sweetness filling out the flavours and adding to the texture. For a wine with such lovely power it dances lightly on the finish.
