"The 2023 Chablis Grenouilles Grand Cru is a scintillating wine from Gautherin. There is initially a sense of reserve on the nose, then it opens with quite strict, wonderfully delineated gladed pond, green apple and subtle gooseberry scents. The palate is taut and fresh, with razor-sharp acidity and a dab of lemon sorbet mixed with lime on the entry. This is bright and vivid but somehow manages to retain a sense of Chablis classicism. The rarest! Only a few winegrowers are producing Chablis Grand Cru Grenouilles. Proud of this familial legacy we age it with a lot of care. Located bellow the Grand Cru Grenouilles this vineyard age around 30 years produce delicates grappes riped by a wonderfull exposition to the sun. Delicate and round, Grenouilles represent the elegance of the Chablis.

Domaine Raoul Gautherin & Fils is a historic, family-run estate in Chablis, Burgundy. Established by Raoul in the late 1950s, the estate traces its rich winemaking heritage back to 1585. Today, Adrien Gautherin and his father, Alain, manage the 16.5-hectare vineyard. They are known for crafting pure, mineral-driven Chardonnays that perfectly reflect the region's unique soils.
