Description
Wendouree Cabernet Malbec is based on rare 19th-century vine stock material including malbec plantings from between 1898 and 1960, which provide the wine complexity, interest and a variation of theme. After traditional vinification, maturation takes place in new (20%) and seasoned French oak. This is a profoundly individual wine with intense, bright fruit, underlying maturation notes and firm but pronounced tannins.

Run by Tony and Lita Bradysince the 1970s, it's a time capsule with no cellar door, website, or email, operating as custodians of a priceless Australian wine treasure.
